The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) selected the Illinois Principals Association (IPA) as program manager of the Illinois New Principal Mentoring Program. The IPA is committed to serving new principals, mentors, mentoring providers, and school districts to support their efforts to help new principals thrive as educational leaders. Illinois New Principal Mentoring Program Mentoring Providers

Mentoring Providers are charged with the responsibility of providing direct mentoring services to new principals. Each INPM Mentoring Entity has met the program’s standards and criteria and has been certified by the Illinois State Board of Education to provide mentoring services.
