Program Evaluation

A key component of the Illinois New Principal Mentoring Program is the program's overall evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to ensure that the program is effectively meeting participant needs and indicate where improvements must be made. New principals, mentors, mentoring providers, and school districts will be asked to provide their assessment of the program at various stages throughout the year. Evaluation instruments will be made available online to make the process as easy and time effective as possible.
